Job Description
As a Talent Partner at External Staff, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both collaborators and client organizations. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborator Acquisition
- Identify and attract top-tier talent within the specified industry.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs.
Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations.
- Understand client hiring needs and collaborate to define job requirements.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive compliance and quality assurance program.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Regularly assess and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Contract Management
- Negotiate contracts with client organizations and collaborators.
- Manage contracts efficiently, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial objectives.
- Track and report on contract performance metrics.
Growth and Expansion
- Contribute to the growth of the business by meeting or exceeding net contract growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance in recruitment.
