What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a HR/Admin officer to join our Admin Team.
Your role will be focused on taking care of the administrative side of our HR projects. This includes planning interviews to recruit new joiners, preparing contracts and other administrative documents for the staff, updating databases, preparing presentations for the staff, amongst other tasks.
Profiles of candidates wishing to apply for a HR/Admin Officer role at Acumen Public Affairs should ideally present the following characteristics:
• At least 1 year experience working in an admin or HR role
• Perfect command of English – French and/or Dutch are a plus
• Practical and organised working style
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Business Management and/or Administration
• Detail-oriented and enjoying administrative tasks
• Reliable, team player and dedicated
• Good level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a plus
• Work permit for Belgian mandatory
About the role:
Starting date: As soon as possible
Length: Long-term contract
Time commitment: Full-time
Teleworking: Teleworking is possible on an ad hoc basis.
