The HR Assistant will provide support towards the HR team on various HR activities : Talent Acquisition, On- and offboarding, …

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

·        Perform HR admin activities: supporting our contract management for our employees, temps and contractors, maintaining our organisation charts, updating our different HR dashboards/databases based on input from the team, participating in reports creation, assist in the preparation of Works Council and Health & Safety Committee meetings,…

·        HR agenda: Supporting the HR team members by organizing the HR meetings, the onboarding sessions and coordinating L&D sessions.

·        HR projects: Assisting the HR team in various soft and hard HR projects

·        HR Communication: maintenance of the HR section of the intranet, assist in the preparation of HR internal communication, organizing our various employee and HR meetings

Your profile

·        You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.

·        You are freshly graduated or you have max 2 years of experience.

·        You are organized, hands-on and you are able to play with different priorities at the same time.

·        You are capable to work in a fast changing environment.

·        You are a team player, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.

·        You have an affinity with MS Office and IT tools.

·        You have an excellent business knowledge of French and Dutch (written and spoken) and a very good knowledge of English.
