Your mission
Develop and implement data management policies, procedures and strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, availability and security
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define data requirements and develop data governance standards
Manage the data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and quality assurance, in collaboration with the IT department
Oversee the data analytics function and promote the use of data analytics to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations
Manage and develop the data team : 5 people
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with proven success in managing and leading a team
Strong knowledge of data management concepts, practices, and tools, including data modeling, integration, quality assurance, and analytics
Knowledge of Sales Force and Qlik Sense is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
