Nodalview
Over 10.000 real estate agents use Nodalview to capture AI-powered eye-catching photos and 360° immersive virtual tours of properties using their smartphone. In November 2020, we raised € 4,1 M in funding, following the previous € 1,7 M in September 2019. This last year, we have grown from 5 to 30 people, and we will grow even stronger in 2021. We can safely say we have achieved product-market fit and that we are financially healthy. So now it’s time to scale and conquer the market ! We were already active in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and are currently expanding into new markets in Portugal, Spain and Italy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Administration Student here at Nodalview. As our Finance Student you will support Thibault our Finance and Operations Analyst on important finance projects in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Here are some examples of topics you could work on :
Implement and monitor strong dunning policies to make sure all our customers pay their invoice on time.
Database updates to keep customer data up to date and clean within the company.
Communicate professionally by email/phone with our customers to build a strong customer relationship.
Support on extra topics to the finance team.
Who are we looking for ?
Efficiency and goal-focus is your second nature
You have strong organizational skills.
Strong ability to collect, analyse information in a systematic manner that results in problems and solutions being identified.
Good attention to detail and accuracy is required.
You’re a fast learner and you can easily apply established processes.
You can speak and write French very well, and you master spoken and written English sufficiently to communicate in a professional context.
Availability : 10 hours per week
Valid EU work permit
Start date : ASAP
