Our mission is to identify for our clients available freelancers who best match projects or executive
interim management missions in finance (f.i. Controllers, Finance Managers, CFO’s, financial
analysts, project managers, …). In this context, Projectis offers a flexible, fast and efficient solution
to the temporary needs of qualified professionals.

2. Your Mission & Responsibilities
As a Senior talent solutions consultant, you will manage the entire selection and placement
activities in order to contribute to the successful finance transformation of our clients. In
collaboration with our team, you will take the lead on various responsibilities which include:

Recruitment and Selection
• Understand our clients’ needs and ambitions;
• Identify and attract relevant candidates with the right skills using modern recruitment tools:
social media, database management, direct approach, cooperation … ;
• Contact and pre-select the identified profiles and ensure a professional follow-up of their
application throughout the selection process;
• Conduct selection interviews, write reports and provide feedback;

Skills assessment
• Carry out competence assessments;
• Write reports and provide feedbacks to client and candidate;
• Be a Talent Expert to our Clients and Recruitment team: continuously conduct research to keep
updated with the latest trends & movements in assessment markets & related fields to become
a knowledge hub;

Projects and Reporting
• Carry out internal projects to improve our processes & services;
• Develop your knowledge to match the needs of our organization;
• Report on the progress of the process (post go-live monitoring).

3. Your profile
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Management sciences or equivalent
through experience;
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar function (intern or extern) ideally in the area of interim
management;
• Real motivation for the world of recruitment and headhunting;
• Dutch as a mother tongue. French or English are an asset;
• Genuine interest in finance is a plus;
• Excellent communication, problem solving and self-learning skills;
• Customer oriented, rigorous and autonomous;
• Good sense of humor and proactive team player.
