What to expect during your internship at RSM Belgium?
Depending on your specific interests you will support our HR team in compensation & benefits, recruitment or other ongoing HR projects.
- You will build bridges between HR-projects and internal stakeholders together with our HR-team.
- You will contribute to the administration and practicalities of all our HR processes

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven students:
- With a Bachelor Organisation & Management – HR / Social work – HR / Advanced Business Management – HR / or any other similar direction
- With a communicative and dynamic personality, precise and friendly
- Who aren’t afraid of admin, with a big interest in HR and its processes
- Who can manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paces environment
- Who are people-oriented and eager to understand our supporting HR-processes and thus contribute to the success of our organisation
- Who’s middle names are Diplomacy, Integrity and Discretion.
- You must be able to work punctually and handle facts and figures and personnel matters discreetly,
- With hands-on and solution-oriented
- Who work independently and get a lot of energy from teamwork
- Who are proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to propose new initiatives and ideas for improving HR operations
- Who are a real tech-savvy and can work easily with Microsoft Office
- Who speak Dutch/English or French/English, knowledge of the other national language is a plus
