We are looking for an Admin & HR Teamplayer!
WHO WE ARE:
At Umamido we are crafting and serving honest ramen. It’s honest, because we are passionate about our ingredients and flavours, about our customers … and we’re sure as hell passionate about ramen. We are only using ingredients of the best quality – mostly homemade and if not, sourced from the best suppliers (locally and globally).
Nowadays, you can find Umamido at 7 shops in Belgium, 4 in Switzerland and 1 unit in France in the making. All the shop get their goodies from our atelier in Steenokkerzeel, where the Ramen-story starts!
We are actively recruiting interns to strengthen our HR department.
WHY CHOOSE UMAMIDO?
At Umamido you will be given tasks and projects that really give you insight in present-day recruitment processes, Hard HR /Payrolling and Social legislation. You’ll be directly working with and report to our HR manager. The internship that we are offering is a unique chance to work and learn in a Flat, open and honest company culture with short decision lines, where there is room for personal input.
WHAT ARE YOUR DUTIES:
Active support on day to day HR-operations
The entire recruitment process: Screening CV’s, Taking Reference Checks, Posting on Job boards, Performing Job interviews, …
Drawing up contracts and attachments and all the administrative tasks that come with
Double checking worked hours in the online planning system and preparing everything for the payroll at the end of the month
Join Evaluation moments of our workers
Various HR related tasks
And much more…

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
You have a passion for hospitality and F&B Industry.
You can currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master related to HR or Office (HR, office Manager, Management Assistant, Business Management, …)
You are positive: you contribute to an enthusiastic, constructive, and solution-oriented policy
You are an involved person who likes to take responsibility and who is open to feedback
You work and communicate in a structured and organized way
Language skills: English + French and/or Dutch
