As a Sales Analyst & Support for the Sport team you are part of our sales department. Within the Sport Team we work with brands and suppliers from various categories: Performance, Athleisure and Casual. Priority segments where we focus on are Running, Outdoor and Fitness/ Yoga.
Brands whom we work with in the Sports category are, amongst others: Puma, Craft, Asics, Eastpack, Under Armour, FILA and New Balance.
You support the key account managers on the offer preparations and you provide a good operational management of the sales. You help prepare the commercial analysis of the offers in order to guarantee its attractiveness to our members and you are in direct contact with our brands to ensure a smooth sales organisation process.
What does this mean?
- You analyse the offers from suppliers for online flash sales on the following metrics: number of references, quantities, pricing, best/bad-sellers, margin.
- You prepare the offers for integration in our IT systems and work closely with other departments to ensure a good integration.
- You do a first pricing of the offer and give input to the key account managers.
- You are in close contact with the brands to request the offers and guarantee the fluidity of the process.
- You keep track of the internal deadlines for offer reception,final stock and pricing of the sales.
- You prepare the after sales analysis and give a first feedback on the results to the key account manager.
Your profile
- You have an analytical mind, by preference an economic background and ideally a first work experience in a commercial and analytical environment.
- You can communicate on a professional level in English and you have good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You are an absolute expert with Excel and know how to work in a structured and accurate manner.
- You are highly motivated, result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You are well organised and working with deadlines gives you a positive drive.
- You are a team player, sociable and communicative.
- You have a hands-on, flexible mentality and are not limited to a 9 to 5 mindset.
