What you will do:

Work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify staffing needs
Draft inspiring job descriptions and job ads
Source candidates through online channels
Drive the selection process, including screening calls, assessment and interviews
Leverage our Applicant Tracking System
Follow through with candidates and hiring teams during the selection and pre-hire process
Build a strong network of candidates (past and future)
Track performance metrics
Requirements:

About you:You have worked for at least 2 years as a recruiter for tech roles in a fast-paced environment
You are super confident with social media, ATS and professional networks
You speak and write fluently French and/or Dutch and English (any extra language will be a plus)
You love connecting and building relationships with candidates
You can measure and report your work results
You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of your work
