ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Customer Success intern, you’ll be part of the Belgium Success Team. This team is in charge of making our agencies a success thanks to a narrow follow-up both on Business and Marketing. The success of the team is the success of our franchises.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Follow-up Business KPI’s.
Updating all business and legal support for our clients.
Co-organizing training for our franchises with internal teams or external partners
Co-organizing & coordinating our client events
Taking notes during meetings and sharing meeting minutes
Participate in brainstorming and co-develop the Customer Success strategy

Preferred experience
OUR PERFECT MATCH
You are fluent in Dutch & French, and proficiency in English is a plus
You are eager to learn
You have a customer relationship mindset
You have a can-do attitude and are keen to make things happen
You have strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset
You are comfortable with taking initiative in projects you are working on
You are available for a minimum of 3 months
